The position
As Order and Supply Chain Coordinator, you are the connecting link between customers, our factory in China, suppliers, and carriers. You ensure that customer orders are processed smoothly and followed up in our CRM system (pre: experience with HubSpot) and correctly forwarded to our factory.
You monitor deadlines, schedule deliveries, and keep all parties involved continuously informed. Are there deviations in production or transport? Then you inform the customer in time and provide an appropriate solution. You also have weekly meetings with our factory to make processes more efficient and to prevent bottlenecks.
What will you do?
Process and confirm customer orders in our CRM system
Enter and monitor production orders at our factory in China
Proactively communicate with customers about deviations in planning or delivery
Coordinate with carriers about sea and air freight
Keep track of changes in products and coordinate with the development team
Check quality reports (QC) for each shipment before transport
Weekly progress meetings with the team in China (via Teams)
What do you bring?
MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level
Demonstrable experience with order processing, supply chain, or customer contact
Aptitude with computer systems (HubSpot knowledge is a plus)
Good command of English, both spoken and written
Proactive and accurate working attitude
Good communication skills and a solution-oriented attitude
Interest in international production and logistics
