Contacting QDP at a glance
How quickly will I get an answer?+
We usually reply to a message sent through the form or by email within one business day. If it concerns a quote or a technical question, the answer comes from an engineer or project manager, not from a general help desk. At QDP you have one fixed point of contact who knows your project.
Where is QDP located?+
Our headquarters, with design and engineering, is at Stenograaf 3 in Duiven, near Arnhem in the Netherlands. Production runs in our own factory in Shengzhou, China. You are very welcome in Duiven for an introduction or a working session; feel free to schedule an appointment.
Can I visit for a meeting?+
Yes. We are happy to hold an introductory meeting or brainstorm on site in Duiven or online, whichever suits you best. You can pick a time right away with the brainstorm button at the top of this page. Bring your drawing or idea and we will look at manufacturability with you on the spot.
In which languages can I get in touch?+
English, Dutch, German and Spanish. We work for product companies and OEMs in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Spain, and switch to the language that suits you.
Can I get a price indication right away?+
Yes. With the online calculator you get an indication of your unit price and mold price without waiting. For a detailed quote, send your CAD file or drawing along through the form. QDP then gets back to you with a price and advice on manufacturability.
