Special categories of personal data and/or sensitive data we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without that consent, please contact us at info@qdp.nl and we will delete this information.

For what purpose and on what legal basis we process personal data

QDP processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Sending our newsletter and/or advertising brochure
  • Being able to call or email you if this is necessary to carry out our services

Automated decision-making

QDP does not make decisions based on automated processing about matters that may have (significant) consequences for individuals. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems without a human being (for example, a QDP employee) being involved. QDP uses the following computer programs or systems: Google Analytics.

How long we retain personal data

QDP does not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We apply the following retention periods for the following (categories of) personal data: data relating to the completion of our contact forms. This data is retained until the user indicates by email that it should be deleted.

Sharing personal data with third parties

QDP only provides data to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

Cookies, or similar technologies, that we use

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. QDP uses three types. Technical and functional cookies are necessary for the website to work and for your ease of use; they make sure the website works properly and remember, for example, your preferred settings. Analytical cookies show us how the website is used, so that we can improve it. Marketing cookies measure the effect of our advertisements and make it possible to show you advertisements outside our website.

We always place technical and functional cookies. We only place analytical cookies and marketing cookies after you have given your consent through the cookie banner on our website; through that same banner you can change or withdraw your choice at any time. The parties that place cookies or similar technologies in this context are Google (Analytics, Ads and Tag Manager), LinkedIn, OpenAI and HubSpot. You can also opt out of cookies by setting your internet browser so that it no longer stores cookies, and you can delete all previously stored information through the settings of your browser.

The use of Leadinfo

To measure the business use of our website, we use the Leadinfo service from Rotterdam. This service shows us company names and addresses based on the IP addresses of our visitors. The IP address is not recorded in this process.

Accessing, correcting or deleting your data

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you have given for the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by QDP, and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or to another organization named by you.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion or transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or to object to the processing of your personal data, to info@qdp.nl. To make sure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, the MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), your passport number and your Citizen Service Number (BSN, the Dutch personal identification number). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, and in any case within four weeks.

QDP would also like to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). You can do so via this link.

QDP takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact us at info@qdp.nl.
