The common thread is a product that needs to work well and be practical to manufacture. Some customers arrive with an idea, while others already have a design or an existing product that needs improvement. We can discuss which development and production steps your particular project needs.
An existing product can often be reviewed for its construction, material choice, assembly steps or manufacturing process. The right approach depends on what needs to improve and on the quantities involved. Several projects on this page started with an existing solution. Share the current design and the changes you want to achieve, and we can discuss where an engineering review would be useful.
Development decisions affect tooling, assembly and the cost of every finished part. Keeping these steps connected makes it easier to assess production requirements while the design can still change. Our work covers product development, mold making and injection molding. You can involve us in the complete process or discuss the specific stage where you need support for your product.
If you have a STEP file, the injection molding calculator is a useful starting point for exploring a price indication. The result depends on the model and the assumptions selected in the calculator. A project without a finished design is better discussed with an engineer first. Use the contact page to explain your application, expected quantities and any requirements that are already known.
