Myndr was looking for a rotary knob with consistent tactile feedback and an internet filter with good LED visibility.
What we did
Our approach
- Replacing an unreliable metal spring with a plastic solution with variable glass fiber blends.
- Overmolding applied: a hard ABS base with a soft TPU exterior.
- Equipped the filter with L-shaped light guides for the correct LED position.
- Tight planning with quality control toward launch.
