An ergonomic, reusable scoop spoon in a biobased material, with double dosing.
The challenge
The situation
WAVZ sells magnesium powder in stand-up pouches. The standard scoops had stems that were too short, resulting in spilling and dirty hands.
Disposable scoops with each order felt like waste and did not align with the brand’s health and sustainability ambitions.
What we did
Our approach
- The supplied 3D-print prototype was scaled up to a production-ready design.
- Actively contributed ideas on shape, ergonomics, and material selection.
- Chosen for a biobased polymer that is biodegradable and free of microplastics.
- Mold and injection molding production fully in-house.
