A reusable retail display that replaces disposable cardboard, deployed by major brands and retailers.
The challenge
The situation
Retail displays are usually made of cardboard: single-use and then waste. Pure Value wanted a reusable, smart display to break that waste stream.
This required a product that is strong and reusable, can be produced in large quantities, and still competitively priced.

What we did
Our approach
- Co-engineering and design optimization: parts merged and the construction calculated with Moldflow.
- Together with the material supplier, a suitable material was developed where existing materials were insufficient.
- Scaled up to series production in our own factory.
